F5 Networks has announced release of its WebAccelerator product for enterprise organisations that need superior web application acceleration. The WebAccelerator product is now available on F5’s advanced TMOS architecture. It is delivered as an add-on module for the BIG-IP 6400, 6800, and 8400 platforms.

Through the integration on TMOS, WebAccelerator inherits features such as iRules, QoS, packet filtering, and TCP Express.
