Maruti deploys Oracle

Maruti Udyog has installed Oracle-based IT infrastructure with a view to enhance customer satisfaction levels and employee interactions within the company. This will enable Maruti achieve improved efficiency and business control, and synergise its people, processes and products.

“The new IT system will ensure efficiencies, better service, lower costs and happier people in the Maruti family,” said Jagdish Khattar, Managing Director, Maruti.

The company embarked on this project last year. The deployment uses Oracle Applications on top of Oracle Database and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
