7.3, by Bakbone Software has enhanced support for file systems and selected
applications running on Windows Microsoft Cluster Server 2003 and Red Hat Enterprise
Linux clusters. Targeted at the SMB segment this security solution aims to ensure
that data and applications are always available.
NetVault 7.3 is scalable and allows IT administrators to seamlessly add and
protect additional clients as their IT environments expand. Designed to significantly
reduce the complexity and potential of configuration errors traditionally found
in a clustered environment, NetVault 7.3 is also developed to use an abstraction
layer called a Virtual Client. The Virtual Client communicates with each node
in the cluster to identically install and configure the clustered Application
Plugin Module (APM).
NetVault 7.3 provides support for file systems and applications in both Active/Passive
and Active/Active clustered configurations. Active/ Passive applications run
on one node and failover to a redundant, standby node in the event of a failure.
In Active/Active clustering, all nodes are actively running applications and
are directed by the cluster manager software to failover to a surviving node(s)
in the event of a failure.

Unicode.
Fedora Core 3 incorporates the 2.6 Linux kernel, SELinux, a security-specific
addition created with the assistance of the National Security Agency (US) and
latest iterations of popular packages like GNOME and KDE.

Developed specifically for contact centres, Talisma NetAgent 6.6, a multi-channel
interaction management solution, is based on call centre best practices and
comprises three applications - NetAgent Email, NetAgent Chat, and NetAgent CTI.
NetAgent 6.6 powers customer service and support operations by intelligently
dispatching and routing incoming requests to agents across multiple channels,
ensuring that customers receive the optimum level of service necessary to resolve
their issues.
Talisma's NetAgent 6.6 features an agent and supervisor interface
to indicate status. Visual service level indicators have been added throughout
the product, which enable agents to monitor individual performance against company
defined services levels. Talisma NetAgent 6.6 also has outbox functionality
enabling supervisors to manage outgoing responses real-time. Enhanced reporting
allows supervisors to generate and email historical reports on demand.
NetAgent 6.6 ships with new telephony enhancements, including multi-line voice
conferencing and screen popup countdown. Multi-line voice conferencing allows
multi-person telephone meetings with customers and other agents, avoiding the
need to set-up additional calls for each person. Screen Countdown Popups alert
the agent to the amount of time that has passed since last responding to the
customer and alerts them to respond within a predetermined time period in order
to meet the company's service level goals.
