AMD India

The AMD Athlon 64 FX processor will be showcased by AMD India at Technology Senate 2004. This processor runs on AMD64, a revolutionary technology that allows the processor to run 32-bit applications at full speed while enabling the coming wave of powerful, 64-bit software applications. It also provides enhanced virus protection when used with Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) and Windows XP 64-bit Edition for 64-bit Extended Systems.

Advanced 64-bit operating systems for the AMD64 platform from Microsoft, Red Hat, SuSE, and TurboLinux have already been announced. These next generation operating systems will only run on processors with AMD64 technology.

Emerson Network Power

Emerson Network Power, an industry leader in providing high degree of reliable network uptime solutions will be demonstrating their brands, namely Liebert, Emerson energy systems, and ASCO.

Liebert Online UPSs are available from 1 to 4800 kVA with brands like Liebert GXT2U, GXTAV, POWERBANK, SUPER 400, iTrust, and Hi-Pulse. Precision air conditioning systems from this brand include Liebert PEC, Intellicool, and UCS 24x7. The transient voltage surge suppression consists of Liebert PowerSure Panel TVSS.

Emerson Energy System range and ASCO range consists of DC power solutions for Telecom, and automatic transfer switches respectively. The organization is a pioneer in online UPS technology and technology leader in precision air conditioning.

Vaman Technologies will showcase their Vaman DataServer. This is a small, revolutionary database management system that is platform and vendor independent. Built on a robust RDBMS core,
