Required: A call center solution

Our Canadian-based company is planning to set up a call center in India. I understand that you have a wealth of information related to this area. I tried going through your archived articles but could not find related information.

We have not conducted an extensive study on Call Centers nor have we compiled information relating to Call Center Solutions. But we do plan to do a couple of Case Studies on IT infrastructure within call centers.

Meanwhile, there's a wealth of information on the Web on this topic. We are sure you will find just what you need through a Search Engine or Web Directory.

ANOTHER ASPECT OF STORAGE

Your article on Storage Management (Network Magazine, September 2003) made for interesting reading. But I would like to inform you about another aspect. It's about managing different levels of security for different types of stored data, and different cryptography for different data, based on levels of security.

Since our prime readership is the IT Manager community (CIOs), we need to write about market trends and drivers. Our articles are based on the effective usage of IT infrastructure in support of business. We do cover the technical aspects of this through our case study and interview sections.

I appreciate the articles in the various sections of Network Magazine. I'm sure the 'techies' find these really informative.
